These terms and conditions shall apply to the agreement between Zend Softwares (P) Ltd and the individual or company ("You") applying for the provision of products/services.

Trial License
We offer 10 days trail licesne for testing purpose. You must signup with us for ordering a trial license. You may not singup again using different email address for another copy of trial license or your server ip will be black listed permanently. Once the trial license expires and if you wish to continue using the software, you must buy a monthly or yearly license

License Reset
We allow unlimited license reissue through our billing control panel for all paid users. This way you can transfer the license from one server to another. The transfer is free of charge

Invoice and Payment
We will send you invoice before 7 days of your due date to get enough time to arrange money and renew it. If the invoice is not paid before the due date, the license will be expired. We accept PayPal, Western Union and Bank transfers

Software Update
All updates are free as long as you have an active license with us

Software / Staff Abuse
Any kind of abuse against the software or its developer(s) will not be tolerated and the license shall be terminated and the user will not be refunded (if any )

Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied using our software, we will issue a full refund if you request a refund within the first 14 days of a paid license order. The refund policy does not apply for returning clients as well as those who already tried the trial version of the software. Overpayment/Credit amount will not be refunded

Bug Reports
We allow our users to post bug reports into our bug tracking portal at http://bug.whmphp.com. Users are requested to submit a request there or use the support ticket system if they have difficulty using the software

We offer support via live chat to report issues or ask any questions. However this is not a guranteed method for getting reply

Support : Ticket and Email
This is the preferred way for contacting us. All tickets and emails will be answered prompty

Resellers
Existing user who has at least one paid license can get their account upgraded to reseller and avail 25% to 60% discount as described on our website.
The reseller level discounts can only be used only to resell whmphp license to your own customers, not for renewing your own license at a discounted price. All the existing license as well as invoice will not be credited or applied with the discounts once you get your account upgraded to reseller
